Road to Reading

The Background

Road to Reading is a community partnership designed to support families, caregivers and educators in best supporting a child’s development to ensure they enter school ready to learn. The initiative aims to dramatically improve outcomes and close opportunity gaps amongst Denver’s youngest learners. 

The Details

When the program launched, I led the development of the visual identity, foundational communications pieces and brand assets, including:

  • The program name and tagline

  • Communications toolkit and mini brand guide, which includes key messaging, communications templates and guidelines on logo usage, colors and fonts

  • Road to Reading’s website

It takes all of us to support Denver’s kids, and I loved working on this important project to help ensure Denver's youngest learners get off to a great start.
